We Exist To...

Magnify, Multiply, Mature, and Minister

An inviting community.

First Baptist Church Tuscaloosa is a Southern Baptist Congregation that, for over 200 years, has been a community where those who follow Jesus can gather together to worship Him, invite others into a saving relationship with Him, and equip those in the Church to serve God faithfully—placing the needs of others first and sharing the gospel boldly.

We welcome all.

This summer: Sunday Morning Worship is at 8:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary. Preschool childcare available. Life Groups for all ages meet at 9:45 a.m. (Our regular 11 a.m. service will resume August 6.)
If you are unable to attend in person, our service is typically available for viewing by 1:00 p.m. Sundays on Facebook (@firsttuscaloosa) or on our Vimeo channel, vimeo.com/fbctuscaloosa. Scroll down this page to view our most recent sermon/service. Our worship service from the previous week is broadcast each Sunday at 11 a.m. on WVUA-TV.
